Snowflake Obsidian, like regular Obsidian, is a protective energetic stone. Obsidian is a naturally occurring volcanic glass and the patterns of snowflakes are actually radiating inclusions of the white mineral, Cristobalite. The contrast of light and dark represents unity as well as the balanced energies of yin and yang. Believed to shield us from negative vibes, this stone also offers up a sense of stability and hope.
